UT IHI at the Annual National Forum in Orlando, FL
The 23rd IHI Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care took place in Orlando, FL on December 9-12, 2011. This meeting, titled the “The Picture of Health Care,” brought together thousands of leaders in healthcare improvement and patient safety to share their experiences and to discuss the work ahead.

Franky Liu (VP Operations) and Shelly Luu (VP Communications) presented a Chapter storyboard at the meeting, which described the history of the UTIHI, its strategy, and offerings:
