Ticket sales are starting for this great learning and networking experience
for anyone interested in healthcare improvement. Look forward to workshops
and presentations held by leaders in the field of change management,
medication safety, human factors, process improvement, and simulation in
healthcare, as well as presentations on quality improvement projects by
fellow students. Check out our conference website.
Tickets are limited, so please follow these steps to maximize your chance of
attending this first time event!
*Early Bird Sales (Feb. 28 to Mar. 13)*
Student (Member): $20
Student (Non-Member): $20 + $5 membership fee
1. Complete the ticket registration form at
http://conference.ihitoronto.ca/register/, *starting Feb 28th*.
All entries will be time-stamped, and tickets reserved on a first come
first serve basis.
2. A representative from the UT IHI Open School Chapter will contact you to
arrange a specific time and place for ticket purchase, if you have reserved
a ticket on time.
All others will be placed on a wait list and will be informed if reservations become available.
Prices will depend on whether tickets have become available during Early Bird or Regular ticket sales.
3. Bring your U of T Student card as proof of student status.
*Payment must be made by Mar. 13*, or regular ticket price will apply.
Once payment is made, you will be given a ticket.
*Regular Ticket Sales (Mar. 14 to Mar. 27)*
Student (Member): $30
Student (Non-Member): $30 + $5 membership fee
If tickets remain after Early Bird sales, the process will be similar to
* Ticket price covers breakfast and lunch on the day of the conference.
* Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
